Where there is no place sign bottom right of the page. This is proof that you have read\, understood\, and agree to abide by the clauses mentioned therein.)\nTwo References on the forms provided. (Note: Referees must NOT be leaders of your Group or family relatives but other people who can vouch for you like work-mates\, lecturers\, lawyers\, priests\, employers\, etc.)\n Soft copy of each e-learning Module completion certificate (6 in all)\n Soft copy of your Leadership and Completion sheet signed by your GSL (20 activities sheet)  (*)\n A valid copy of your Police Conduct\n A copy front and back of your ID Card\n A valid Food Handling if available or the date of the course when done\n A valid First Aid Certificate if available or the date of the course when done\n\n(*) Please be advised that the Getting Started course itself and the sessions done to complete the E-learning course do not count towards the 20 activities/meetings required to be attended by Trainees.
