Position: Executive Manager

Type: Full-Time | Reports to: TSAM Ltd Board of Directors
TSAM Ltd, the wholly owned commercial subsidiary of the Scout Association of Malta, is seeking a dynamic, strategic, and hands-on Executive Manager to oversee and drive all aspects of our diverse operations, including a major national campsite, car parks, retail outlets, and other properties.

What You’ll Be Doing
• Sales and marketing of all business operations, including social media and customer engagement.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company.
• Lead and support a small, dedicated team of staff, interns, volunteers, and contractors.
• Develop and implement operational and strategic plans to ensure long-term sustainability and growth.
• Monitor and report on agreed KPIs and OKRs.
• Build partnerships with businesses, NGOs, and public entities to expand opportunities and community engagement.
• Identify and apply for relevant funding and grants, and support new project development.
• Ensure the highest standards of maintenance, customer service, and financial accountability.
• Oversee day-to-day finance and ICT functions.
• Draft, implement, and review policies and procedures that strengthen organisational governance and process efficiency.
• Carry out other responsibilities as agreed with the Board from time to time.
What We’re Looking For
• Demonstrated success in managing and running operations and delivering results across multiple areas such as facilities, retail, or hospitality.
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and organisational skills.
• Strong ability to communicate, collaborate, and build partnerships.
• A practical, proactive mindset and a commitment to continuous improvement.
• A passion for service and alignment with the values of the Scout Movement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and modern administrative systems.
• Fluency in English and Maltese.
