Bring your business expertise to support Scouting!
The National Scout Council is seeking individuals with business acumen to join the Board of Directors of TSAM Limited, the Scout Association of Malta’s wholly owned subsidiary. Directors will help formulate and execute strategies to improve profitability and support Scouting across Malta.
Your role:
Contribute business expertise to strategy development and execution.
Support the Association in areas such as hospitality, sales, marketing, administration, finance, human resources, and IT.
Collaborate with other board members to enhance TSAM Limited’s operations and profitability.
Participate in meetings, planning sessions, and decision-making processes.
Voluntary position.
You’ll be great at this if you:
Have relevant professional experience in business, finance, management, or related areas.
Can contribute to strategic planning and decision-making.
Are committed to supporting the growth and sustainability of Scouting in Malta.
Are willing to undergo the Association’s due diligence process if shortlisted.
