Help strengthen our Scout Groups across the Association!
The Scout Association of Malta is inviting dedicated and committed volunteers to join the Group Support Team, working closely with the Group Support Commissioner to support Scout Groups and their leadership.
Your role:
Support Scout Groups with day-to-day challenges, questions, and development needs.
Assist in planning and carrying out Group visits and follow-ups.
Help develop and improve support tools, templates, and resources for Groups and leaders.
Act as a link between Groups and the Executive Team, ensuring concerns and needs are understood.
Contribute to building consistent, fair, and supportive systems across the Association.
Report to the Group Support Commissioner.

Communicate clearly and work well with different people and teams.
Can commit time on a flexible basis, depending on emerging needs.
Enjoy helping others grow and strengthening the Scouting experience at Group level.
