Help guide the spiritual growth of Scouts!
The Scout Association of Malta is seeking a dedicated Spiritual Director to provide guidance, support, and spiritual leadership to our members. This role plays a key part in nurturing the physical, mental, and spiritual development of Scouts and leaders.
Your role:
Provide spiritual guidance and support in alignment with the values of Scouting.
Promote religious inclusivity and ensure activities respect diverse faiths.
Develop and deliver training programs, workshops, and spiritual retreats.
Collaborate with Scout leaders and community/religious organizations to integrate spiritual growth into Scouting programs.
Offer counsel and support to Scouts, leaders, and families in times of moral or personal challenges.
Actively engage with Scout groups to foster spiritual community and accessibility of guidance.
Report to the Chief Commissioner.
You’ll be great at this if you:
Are an ordained priest, religious leader, or qualified spiritual counselor.
Have a strong commitment to the principles and values of the Scout movement.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Respect and understand diverse religious beliefs and practices.
Are willing to commit time to actively engage with groups at all levels.

Uphold spiritual values and promote an inclusive spiritual environment.
