This year we celebrated the centenary of the Wood Badge, which remains an important tool for shaping the leaders of our Movement. Consequently, the National Events team together with the Training Department organized a special event for all Wood Badge holders within our association. This event was incorporated with the Wood Badge ceremony, where new leaders currently in their final stages of the course, were awarded this prestigious honor. This event was scheduled for Thursday 14th November following this main programme:
- 6:00 pm – Wood badge Ceremony
- 7:00 pm – Workshops
- 8:00 pm – Get-Together Reception
Around 150 adults, attended this event and all were given a special token to commemorate this occasion. Undeniably, it served as a great networking opportunity.
